VICTORIA - Collection from the studio can be negotiated. Local delivery can be negotiated. Shipping through Australia Post will be an additional cost based on where you are located.

RETURNS POLICY
No returns or refunds are accepted. Please know and understand that every piece is handmade and will vary and differ from time to time, including slight imperfections.

Damages:
Lamb's Studio will not be responsible for any damages incurred during postage. In the case an item can be repaired, this will attract a repair fee.
COMMISSIONS
Commission items are expected to be completed between 4-6 weeks.
This timeframe may extend depending on the size of the project. No two pieces can be replicated.
